- I learned maritime laws as I operated a boat daily and learned standard industry practices of aquaculture.
- I would wash, grade, and spread oyster seed on the farm.
- I would drag up oysters and cull through them, as well as organize the grant.
- For orders, I would bag oysters into dozens of bags that we loaded into the truck which then were sold to a wholesale distributor.
