I am passionate about my interests and like to research and experiment to find the best possible solution. When I was 13, I wanted to make the best bagel. I perfected my recipe by making hundreds of bagels with different ingredients and processes. I can now make what I think is the perfect bagel in the past year. I have applied the same process to making the perfect foccocia as well as developing my skills as a dungeon master in dungeons and dragons.
I will be starting my freshman year at the University of Minnesota in the fall where I plan to study biomedical engineering.
I would like to expand my interest in culinary arts and my background in customer service and I’m seeking a position in a restaurant or food service setting.
I’ve worked at Oxendale’s for almost 2 years as a grocery cashier. I am the first person the customers see when they come in the door so I maintain a clean workspace, tidy appearance, and I’m welcoming and helpful to visitors. I like to work efficiently to complete a transaction and get people on their way.
I have focused most of my coursework on science based classes. I really enjoy physics, biology, and chemistry. I enjoy hands-on classes as well, including culinary arts and auto mechanics.
I have a 3.7 GPA and have been accepted to the University of Minnesota for the fall of 2025. I will be living off campus in Saint Paul and commuting to classes.
