Permanent Sub for the local School District covering a number of topics across all four core subjects and and all four grades as well as a number of elective credits including but not limited to Welding, Woodshop, and Art. Also taught E.D.B.D for a while.
Primarily focused under the core subjects in history. However, I covered classes for an extended period of time in all subjects for the schools.
E.D.B.D (Emotionally Disturbed Behavioral Disorder) Responsibilities included: teaching students who could not control themselves around others, helping students cope with their emotional outbursts and containing the damage they dealt so they would not hurt others or themselves, maintained a close watch to make sure that students were not a danger to themselves or others, and helped the students avoid the triggers that would cause them to lose control of their emotions.
