Summary

As an educator for the past sixteen years, I am familiar with state and district educational policies. The education profession requires individuals to adapt to various situations and policy changes from year to year. One also must manage evaluations of employees to ensure the best individuals in professionals are in the department. Education aims to provide students with the best possible learning environment, starting with great educators and classroom environments. I am earning my doctorate in K-12 district leadership to further that knowledge and enhance my ability to manage groups of individuals. I am well suited to be director of human resources due to my extensive work with individuals in my district and my ability to constantly learn and adapt to ever-changing situations. I am dedicated to providing students with the possible environment, whether in the classroom or as director of human resources.
