• Complete discharge/transfer summaries and orders including follow up as needed.
• As part of the rapid response team respond to all emergencies in all inpatient units activated by nurses, family members or triggered by specific alerts from the electronic chart.
• Provide support and respond to all calls/concerns from floor nurses, manage all urgent and non urgent issues for admitted patients over night
Became an essential part of a very dynamic psychiatric department. Provided short and indefinite term psychiatric care to patient in an outpatient setting post hospitalization. Managed all aspect of my role in behavioral medicine. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team reviewed potential pts who could benefit from behavioral medicine, accepted consults, referrals, referred to IOP and higher level of care

Provide student counseling and health education each visit including birth control, STI screening and treatment.
Prescribe contraception, Plan B as well as counseling/referrals to planned parenthood
