- Cost and estimation of the project and preparation of BOQ and BOM of the Projects
- Study of drawings to make it error free before its implementation
- Contractors and Sub-contractors Billings of the projects
- Audit of the projects
- Qa/Qc of projects and site work to maintain the best quality of work
- Conducting the meeting with client, Consultants, project manager, Contractors and sub Contractors regarding the issues of site/Projects and provide the remedial Solution
- Preparation of Daily,Weekly, Monthly and final Progress Reports
- Testing of lumen of lights by using Lux meter
- Testing and commissioning of earthing bores for the HT Panels, LT panels, ELV system, Generator and Transformer
- Load balancing and load calculations for the industry and high rise Buildings
- Testing of SMD lights, panel lights and all others brands of light for the better power factor to save electricity
- Megger test of cable and BTD for the insulation resistance test
- Inspection of projects to maintain the Quality Control of projects installation according to BOQ,Consultant recommendation and code of Engineering
- Coordination with sites for the better work according to the best engineering practices
- Monitoring the critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management, setting of work program and target milestone for each phase based on the project plan
- Presenting site progress,progress issues during weekly and Monthly progress follow-up meeting
- Preparation of Executive progress summary report, presentations to the top management on project status for periodical review
- Monitoring, maintain and record, site work progress update obtained from construction teams
- Reporting to the project Manager about the current work progress and analyze comparison between plan, actual progress and study impect of alternative approaches to work
- Work in Electrical Engineering for maintenance of Facilities, HVAC System, Fire Alarm, Base Buildings.
