Eniola Praise Dacosta

As workers at a fast food restaurant, we are required to serve customers promptly and accurately, attend to their requirements, and answer any questions they may have whether they are working in the dining area or behind the counter. My main responsibilities as a crew member at McDonald's includes meal preparation, customer service, and maintaining hygienic standards. Some additional duties also include;

• Providing support to crew members, facilitating quick food preparation and delivery.
• Working front counter, drive-thru and the lobby area.
• Greeting customers promptly and taking orders to keep the flow of traffic moving.
• Maintaining a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Assisting with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
• Working effectively in fast-paced environments.

My job as a crew member at this fast food restaurant required me to work in various stations - from the front counter to the drive-thru, to the cashier section, and other areas. I took orders, prepared meals, and collected payments; demonstrated strong multitasking abilities, handling multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or efficiency. Also, I made sure to establish a strong and solid relationship with my team mates by working well with them and accepting coaching from our management team.

This job was a part of my career prep/work study program back in my senior year of high school in which I was required to use my free periods off of school to go work and get all my hours in order to get credit for my final grades.
