Since I became a Material Coordinator in the fruit packing department I have worked in the lidding area mainly as a tagger, responsible for the accurate tagging and scanning of finished gift pallets going out to the cold room. These duties involve a lot of handling with a pallet jack and heavy lifting. All pallets must have the proper pattern and quantity for each different gift sku so that it matches the pallet tag being scanned out. During the peak season this is a very fast paced and safety conscious area. Attention to detail is a must.
