• I was trained by the Univ of Miami School of Medicine Dermatology Dept to performed two types of radiation therapy, PUVA is a type of ultraviolet radiation treatment for severe skin diseases, such as psoriasis and vitiligo. Excimer lasers are a popular choice of laser treatment. Excimer laser, or XTRAC, is a type of treatment that uses a high-energy beam of ultraviolet (UV) light form called UVB to treat vitiligo, psoriasis & alopecia among other skin conditions.

As part of the Veterans Administration Educational Office I was approved to go to school under Chapter 31 which paid for my full tuition, books, instruments, uniforms, plus a living stipend, on top of that a position as a clerical assistant was given to me on the Veterans Student Office.

• Worked as a Front Desk Concierge at Brickell Center a high-end condo in the Brickell Financial District, my duties included screening of visitors, video monitoring & customer service assistant to visitors.

Resolved customer complaints with empathy, resulting in increased loyalty and repeat business. Assisted customers in navigating company website and placing online orders, improving overall user experience
