Troubleshoot air compressors and transfer pumps and many other equipment, making repairs as needed scheduling maintenance and pms, creating permits and also cost tracking and always looking to improve equipment and doing repairs to prevent a shut down or esd due to equipment failure also taking extra precaution using a air trailer when breaking containment, and discussing rescue plan with team mates.

my job duties are keeping up with the monthly pms on pumps and air compressors and also doing repairs on heater treaters flare combusters replacing seals and bearings assembly fixing float issues on tester / 3 phase separator running crews and any 3rd party crew that would be working on company property also responsible for any bigger projects such as heater clean outs and re plumbing pumps and upgrading to bigger size to meet production needs also replacing dumps check valves or upgrading to a better valve or a different style of back pressure valve also approving invoices and cost tracking

My job is to go out in the field and check on compressor stations for high h2s and o2 and contact the right people before the plant shuts down. checking the process making sure all scrubbers and dumps are working properly. checking all units doing a reading report and ordering oil /coolant or any repairs that unit may need . also checking pressures on pipeline and also pigging the pipeline and checking for any leaks or scheduling repairs or preparing the station for winter weather conditions .Also ordering trucks to haul off condensate, water , oil ,used sulfa guard and starting units back up and making necessary adjustments as need or shutting units down due to plant issues or high discharge on pipeline . accomplishments is learning how the gas compression works and how all the process and dehyde function .

• Field technician/shop mechanic my job duties are troubleshooting light towers and trash pumps and Generators and hooking them up and also making repairs as needed And or services Like oil changes /fuel filters. also changing valves On frack tanks and premix tanks connecting 480 power supply and checking rotations on motors and pumps And making changes as needed I also Do some welding and cutting with torch or plasma cutter to fabricate or to fix trailers or Equipment and delivering or picking up equipment from the rigs And Filling out paperwork.
• Field technician

• My job is to insure that the low graph content in the drilling mud doesn't get out of hand or too high or it could cause problems with the well, and also to lower mud weight depending on what formation we are drilling in, stripping out the solids out of the mud with the centrifuge, and I also burn retorts to check how many solids, water, and oil is in the sample, and the drilling cuttings coming out of the well. I have helped the company by using my tools and knowledge to fix equipment, while there drilling and there in a bind and we have to go e quickly and also by staying late or even cover the whole entire shift if needed until they could find me a relief, and all the information that was collected from the day gets put into a report that will be submitted to the rug personnel and also my supervisor.

• Mudlogger

• My job was to collect a sample from the rig shakers while drilling and analyze the sample or drilling cuttings to determine what formation we are drilling threw and that information gets put into a log that is being created I have to a description for each sample and that same time I would use a machine called FID to monitor gas coming out of the well and that information is also getting drawn on the log by the computer at the end of shift I had print out my logs and email them to the rig and my supervisor. I helped this company by having great communication and for gathering the most information when they were having well problems.

• I would help on the assembly line as needed putting together Diesel cat motors and I also would help with tear down or replacing parts and operating various forklifts to retrieve parts from the inventory in the warehouse or running hot shot and using a computer to scan and keep track of all parts at all times.

• My job was to fix or do any repairs and maintenance on mechines called dornier weaving loom and to supervise a crew of 6 men and my job was to keep the employees busy/occupied and to keep the machines running at all times to have a good productive shift and at the end of shift I had to keep up with my tools and the finished product that was getting shipped out and what materials we were getting low on so we could order more and what needed to be shipped out.
