Responsible for every aspect of daily operations including but not limited to:
- Hiring, training, scheduling and retaining a great team
- Managing front and back of house
- Maintaining food quality and safety standards
- Managing food and labor cost budgets
- Managing customer service standards at the highest level
- Equipment Maintenance
- Cash Accountability
- Worked along side the team in every position including cooking, expediting, taking orders, and keeping a clean, safe, and fun environment
- Filtering of fryer oil daily
- Maintained outside grounds including landscaping
- Monthly maintenance of HVAC system
