HVAC PM Maintenance in 24 Buildings at Navarro Zone High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary schools.
Clean coils, filter rotation, clean drains, clean air vents and return Air vents, reset units when is necessary. Clean cooling Towers and chillers, clean and flush the strainers in the water system, grease the water pump motors, grease the cooling Tower motor and inspect the belt if is necessary replace, power washer inside and outside walls in the cooling Towers, check drains, flush and wash the basement. Remove bad motors and install the new one. Level, align and adjust motors, blowers and pulleys.
Ready for emergency calls, for water leaks or reset units. Clean the gutters.
Replace ballast and bulbs, replace lamp pin, replace light diffuser, replace light switch or plugs, reset breakers on electrical panel, Inspect exhaust fans change belts, grease or replace if is necessary.
Replace ceiling tiles in classrooms, office cafeteria, gyms, use the lift.
