• Gather all parts for each job, clean and prep for fitters.

• Qualified to Weld GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, AND SAW. (ASME section 9)
• All position and overlay.
• Carbon steel, stainless steel, exotic metals and alloys
• GTAW for tube to tubesheet welding QW193
• Able read and understand drawings and weld procedures
• Performed welds for PQR qualifications.
• Traveled to other koch facilities and subcontractors to help weld on projects.

• Removed trash and excess materials to clean up work areas.
• Maintained equipment in good working order.
• Chipped off excess weld, slag, and spatter using hand tools.
• Helped Pipe fitter with daily task.
