I have learned many skills both in direct customer service and indirect. Direct customer service while i was hosting which meant assisting customers to the best of my ability.
Indirect customer service by working several kitchen positions where communication is key.
Looking after my fellow coworkers and listening to their feedback to see what we can improve as a team is very important as well. taking on new initiatives comes naturally to me in a workplace. Always willing to improve the work environment.
Being able to do multi-tasking is yet another one of my strong suits. Working in the kitchen has taught me to keep very high standards and maintaining a very strong work ethic. I love to be helpful to others and assist in any way i can.
As a lead cook I am in charge of training new people on certain areas of the kitchen. It is also required that I look after my fellow coworkers in case they need help or have any questions. Being of assistance is a must. Keeping track of a list of items needed to ensure the kitchen is running smoothly. Many more duties are required as a shift lead.
