- Successfully led the Public Sector ICT and ERPs department from scratch into compilation of procedures leading to ISO 9001:2015 Certification in April 2023 by BSI.
- Successfully led the deployment of OneERP up to go-live for Hwange Colliery Company Limited from the initially planned 12 Months to 9 Months.
- Successfully deployed innovative e-governance solutions to LAs by simplifying the applications of digital technology on VAS like Online Payment Platforms and Water Meter Reading Solutions.
- Successfully designed and Implemented IIMS built on SAP CRM and OpenText for Enterprise Content Management for OAGMoJ’s in Ghana.
- Led and managed a team of 50, 15 People for CRM and Fiori and 35 people in a secured environment to index, scan, preserve and automate more than 15,000 Dockets with more than 20 million Pages working with Docket Clerks and without losing any docket for the High Court, Judicial Service of Ghana.
- Successfully led the design and deployment of the currently running eJustice Portal in Ghana.
- Successfully led the design and implementation of an SAP Based Case Management System built on CRM, Claims Management and Bill Payments to automate Motor Vehicle Accident Fund Botswana’s (MVA) provision of compensation in the form of benefits and Bill Payments to Service Providers like Hospitals.
