Responsible for mostly residential style plumbing/heating including boiler maintaenance, sewer cleaning, pipe repairs of all kinds, bathroom and kitchen rough-in. Was given a truck, and a helper to complete jobs. Other responsibilities included, speaking with customers, scheduling work, and upholding a high standard of professionalism in all aspects.

Was given a truck and a helper to complete various plumbing work including, pipe repairs of all kinds, sewer cleaning, sprinkler /stand pipe inspections, and

Fire department testing of sprinklers and stand pipe systems. Worked mainly at National Grid facilities and other commercial spaces.

Plumbing mechanic

Responsible for completing various types of plumbing work in Manhattan residential buildings.

Specialized in high pressure steam.

Trouble shot high pressure city steam fed buildings to alleviate heat and or hot water issues.

Installed/replaced new high pressure steam based water heaters.

Installed/replaced steam valves, prv's, steam traps, on both high and low sides of building steam systems.

Cleaned and straightened work areas to maximize productivity and safety. Maintained a clean and organized workspace, reducing accidents and increasing overall productivity.
