Zu Hot Pot was my first job, I started working in October 2022, when I was 16.

I gained experience in the following area while working for this employer: I worked as a hostess, a server, I would take orders or beverages. I also gained experience handling payments and running the register at times.

While working this job, I on occasion worked in the kitchen. I would help prepare what needed to be taken out to the customer, and sometimes cook. As I became more comfortable with working I was requested to assist with closing. When closing I would have to close out all the orders and close out the cash register. While working at this job it helped me improve with my social skills and customer service skills. As a result of my performance I earned very good tips.
