I have been using a tape measure and level for over 40 years. I started in woodshop at 14 in middle school. At 20 years old I had my own drywall business. At 30 I went into the industrial carpentry working on schools, malls, and hospitals. At 35 I started working as an industrial civil carpenter and within 2 years I got my NCCER+. I have been working for all of the major civil construction companies over the span of my career.
