I've been a Furniture Repair Technician for over 30 years. Specializing in both major and minor repairs. I excel in case good and upholstery issues. I look at damaged merchandise as a daily challenge to be conquered. Whether touching up the bare edge of an end table, or stripping a customer owned sofa down to the frame for repair. I approach each and every repair as if it were going to my Mother's home. Customer satisfaction and driver delivery times are top priority. I also realize that as a repair technician, my biggest role is to help the company make and save money. Thats exactly what I've been doing for 3 plus decades. I often refer to myself as a "Worry-Free" employee. Meaning, my employer never has to worry if I'll be at work. Will never worry if I'm giving 100%. Never worry that I won't do everything I can to make each delivery happen.
I appreciate your time and consideration.
