• Sales and recommendation of chemicals for the aerial spraying business which has been recently sold due to retirement
• Determination of proper placement of various seed varieties according to climate and soil types throughout the farms footprint
• Worked with accounting on farm insurance,cash flows,breakeven and net worth statements
• Put in multiple test plots yearly for different seed and chemical

• Dispatched a three agronomists and supervised three agronomists and the team of people needed to operate 10 pieces of custom application equipment and the support equipment they required.
