CompTIA A+ certified, currently obtaining Network+, and then Security+
10+ years of customer service experience
Troubleshooting and problem solving experience in a fast paced environment
Experience with various versions of Windows with the understanding of troubleshooting, identifying and resolving operating system issues
Active Directory experience within virtual environments and Testout LabSim
Help Desk ticket experience withing the Testout LabSim environment
Good understanding and experience with PC hardware
