• Member of the senior executive team, system leader for budget, finance, and procurement, played a key role in sustaining library services during unprecedented Great Recession budget cuts, and contributed to the implementation of new technologies and projects.

• Developed a methodology for prioritizing investment in IT projects, and co-authored funding mechanisms for large IT projects that is still used by the County.
