As a natural stone fabricator (operator/owner) I was in charge of selles, fabrication and installation of natural stone countertops. In addition to that I did all the customer service including emplaning the process and answering billing questions. I was also in charge of quality and project management.
As a customer service representative at Sunrun I answered calls regarding billing, install dates and product questions. I also helped with scheduling service calls and followed up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction.
As a customer service supervisor I was in charge of taking escalated calls from customers that experienced an issue with the service or a representative. I was also responsible to follow up with the customer and made sure their issue was resolved to ensure their satisfaction. I also coached representatives and made sure their understanding of the product and service met company's expectations.
