Adept at mechanical operations and demonstrating exceptional hand-eye coordination, I excelled at Cummins by surpassing project milestones and mentoring new staff as a trainer and coordinator at 3rd shift sequencing for a minimum of 6 months. My expertise in equipment operation and a proven track record in enhancing assembly line efficiency highlight my ability to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. My positions trainer but mainly at coordinator have given me the oppurtunity as the first steps into a leadership role and not only know what to expect but have taken charge in need of leadership on the shop floor for an assembly line team.

• Completed a kaizen event with 1st shift sequencing to improve safety and ergonomics of the most injury prone team in the plant on the assembly side

• Earned a zero defects certificate in January of 2023 for the previous year
• Earned a JI certification in August of 2023 when receiving the team trainer position for 3rd shift sequencing
• Earned a kaizen event certificate on February 16th, 2024 from the plant manager after using that kaizen event to greatly improve the safety of ergonomics and safety of the most injury prone team in the plant on the assembly side and worked while working with 1st shift sequencing, safety, OE, and 1st shift management on getting it done
