• Manage replenishment for assigned vendors and commodity across designated distribution centers. Generating purchase orders for turn and promotional merchandise to optimize DC service levels, days of supply, aged inventory and in-stock percentage orders to stores.
• Collaborate with commodity managers, promotional planners, and merchandisers to review and improve forecast for turn, ad, and display plans.
• Cross-trained and proficiently managed replenishment buying responsibilities for both floral and produce categories. Maintained high service levels during peak seasons and demand fluctuations.

• Planned and coordinated all quality control functions within the Perishable Distribution Center. Overseeing the physical inspection of all inbound and outbound produce handling within the warehouse. Adhering to the USDA Number 1 or higher standards. Oversees the accuracy auditing and reporting for inventory purposes of the Distribution Center. Able to complete all ad-hoc reporting to the home office for field planning and sales.
• Built and maintain the delivery schedule for all perishable goods for all 240 current club locations.
• Coordinated the opening of 9 new club locations out of the Independence, Ky Perishable Distribution Center.

• Directly overseen the offload and upload of all international flights for the AM Intercon Ramp. Responsible for communicating with Ramp control, Network Operations Group (NCG), Carrier Maintenance, facilities group maintenance, airport police, fire and rescue, and US customs to ensure efficient and safe operation of the Hub. Coordinated with all air carriers on site load masters, to ensure proper buildup, loading/offloading, and distribution of all cargo.
• Lead the team to a 931-day injury free streak, and 1 vehicle accident in the last 2.5 years.
• Coordinated with NCG, Load Planning, INCC, and Carriers in order to adhere to aircraft schedules.
• Championed the roll out of the Ramp Tablet system for the Intercon ramp. First supervisor to reach 100% effectiveness on tablet usage.
• Highest ranked ramp supervisor in tablet usage for all TDI AM & PM operations.
• Trained three leads to be able to run the operation for supervisor coverage.
• Lowered controllable loading delays to less than 1 delay for every 21 flights worked.

Managed and coordinated all Hub operations to ensure the safe, timely and cost effective transportation between all areas and functions. Handled 31-37 direct reports, but also responsible for the safety, managing and supporting for approximately 212 employees within the department. Managed the bypass operation for all material that must be segregated from improper breakdown and processes. Established and maintained a record keeping system for all incorrectly built, incompatible or damaged material or containers. Was responsible for Dispatch Headquarters, and all movement of tugs that are downloading and uploading of aircraft.

• Leveraged technology to reduce costs, improve effectiveness, and maximize efficiencies.
• Coordinated with Load Planning, Network Control, and ACS in order to successfully move bypass material.
• Created and implemented a new driver training program that helped lower new hire vehicle accidents by 44%.
• Reduced the number of bypass containers mistakenly broken down by developing a process, trapping all containers directly at the aircraft.
