- Control access to flight hardware including personnel, tools and equipment and ensure personnel have proper certifications to enter and work on flight hardware.

- Log ingress and egress of personnel, tools and equipment entering flight hardware and ensure personnel wear the proper PPE.

- Maintain inventories of work stations.

- Maintain a log of events occurring at various work stations including elements of flight hardware.

- Ensure proper safety work permits are maintained.

- Communicate with flight hardware technicians, safety and test conductors as it pertains to the work being performed.

- Ensure personnel properly badge into facilities using an electronic security system.

- Resolve issues with personnel entering facilities including issues with electronic card readers.
