  • Restructured Driscoll Operations, implementing key metrics and processes that enhanced efficiency and aligned a fractured Board of Directors.
  • Led the transformation of company values and strategies, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration that significantly improved operational performance.
  • Managed relationships with Banking and Finance partners to ensure proper management and success of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and bank ratios.

DTC specializes in the Sales & Rental of used customer fit trucks along with parts & service both in location and mobile service. DTC has a strong reputation for excellent service and support.
  • As General Manager, I oversaw the development and execution of the Sales & Rental department as the dealership was previously only a parts and service location.
  • Negotiated deal with Rush Truck Centers to become an associate dealer through their International brand relationship.
  • The location's revenue grew 150% over a four-year period through aggressive sales and rental growth which drove significant parts and service growth through our demand of customized trucks.
  • Doubled technician headcount over a four year period.
