I am a current Graduate student at Arkansas State University who is highly passionate about student's success and performance both in and out of the classrooms. My goal is to encourage creativity and higher order thinking to prepare students to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams. As a middle school teacher, I will utilize my energetic attitude, creativity, patience, and instructional abilities to push students to their fullest potential. I am seeking a opportunity to participate in the TeachPlus+ Fellowship that permits the usage of the skills acquired through my academic leadership. I am very active in my community which will allow me to utilize my dedication to children's educational needs and development while also working to eliminate educational inequity in my community.
