• Responsible for all details related to the planning and execution of dynamic programsincluding, but not limited to, weekend worship services, leadership events and other ministry programs.
• Casting vision, monitoring and influencing the musical direction of Calvary

• Creating and managing systems/processes to work with all team members to develop a series from idea to implementation
• Creating goals and accountability that encourage music staff to network, recruit and develop musicians and singers.

• Leading regular evaluations and critique sessions to maintain a bar of excellence and monitoring the impact of service programming.
• Responsible for working with senior pastor and/or lead communicators to plan and develop series that accomplish the vision as well as spiritual, educational and organizational goals of the church.
• Oversee and coordinate Music and Arts for all the worship services at Calvary’s Boulder campus.
• Recruit, coordinate, and develop the variety of individuals who assist in the Music and Worship ministries. (Saw growth from 11 people to 50 serving on worship team)
• Supervise other staff, volunteer and paid, for sound, video, lighting and ProPresenter.
• Create other venues of Worship and Music ministries that are aligned with the vision and direction of Calvary.
• Oversee the maintenance of music and worship resources - including music library, instruments, sound, lighting, video equipment and stage.
• Prepare, and manage the budget for the worship and music ministries. Perform other duties as assigned.

• • Led the planning and implementation of the weekly worship services at assigned campus in coordination with the Campus Pastor with particular emphasis on liturgy, music, worship experience, pastoral care, training, and discipleship.
  • Helped launch Online Service During Covid-19 Pandemic and led the effort to think through how to best engage the congregation for both in-person and online services.
  • Developed relationships with community leaders that resulted in more multi-ethnic, diverse worship team
  • Recruited, trained, nurtured and shepherded worship leaders and teams for assigned Christ Church campus (Adults & Youth programs)
  • Led and played in a number of worship styles (traditional, contemporary)
  • Developed and articulated a Theology of worship, and implemented that theology in worship services and through training of teams
  • Led Worship in other Christ Church venues (5 venues total at 3 campuses)
  • Developed programs for holidays and unique events, e.g., coordinated a multi-church Baptism service (800+ attendees- 10 churches present), All-church gatherings, Prayer and Worship nights, Worship for Staff Gatherings, High School Retreats, Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, Easter and many other unique events
  • Led team training sessions and developed on-boarding materials for new volunteers
