Applied expert skills in completing sheet metal layouts, working with both solid and blind rivets, interpreting various different schematics, structural repair manuals, component repair manuals, and other FAA / DER approved technical data. Proficient in the use of various different aircraft ornamental coverings including tedlar material, carpet, seat covers, and repair of interior monuments. Acted as team leader on various special projects completed for different air carriers which includes CRJ-700 cabin trainer, EMB-145 cabin trainer, and CRJ-700 air stair trainer. Used expert knowledge gained in working in a 145 Repair Station and would regularly complete internal audits on shelf life program, calibrated tools program, training program, as well as, tracked stock of consumable and bulk parts, material used in composite layups, and aircraft paint.

Experienced with precision machining and maintaining optimal machine performance. Utilizes advanced techniques in CNC programming to ensure high-quality production. Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance, leading to consistent and reliable output.
