• Work with controls systems. ALLEN BRADLY AND

SEIMINS

• Experience with Fox Burrow and Honey Well DCS systems
• Trouble shoot and wire Triconex
• General maintenance in the SAP & Utilities plants
• Work directly with BASF operations
• Maintain / Calibrate flow transmitters
• Maintain / Calibrate process analyzers
• Work with VEGA vibration and radar instruments / Maintain / Calibrate
• Trouble shoot DCS problems
• Trouble shoot motors, MCC's and, motor controls
• Maintain / Calibrate pressure transmitters
• Trouble shoot, work on ABB VFD motor starters
• Trouble shoot, repair Profi bus
• Work with laptop on semi code
• SAP work order and time confirmation center
• Rotate call outs with other I&E techs

Houston Controls BASF Freeport Texas SAP Plant (1500 Block) Utilities (1300 Block)

Instrument & Electrical Technician

Trouble shoot, work on ABB VFD motor starters

• Trouble shoot, repair Profi bus
• Work with laptop on semi code
• experience with fox burrow computer program

• Trouble shoot and wire Triconex

• General maintenance in the SAP plant

• Work directly with BASF operations

• Calibrate flow transmitters

• Calibrate Ph meters

• Work with VEGA vibration and radar instruments

• Trouble shoot DCS problems

• Trouble shoot and replace motors

• Rotate call outs with other I&E techs

Turner Industries, Formosa Plastics, Point Comfort, Tx ( Chlor - Alkali Unit ) Instrument & Electrical Technician

• Trouble shoot, work on ABB VFD motor starters

• Trouble shoot and wire Triconex

• General maintenance in the Chlor-Alkali unit

• Work directly with Formosa operations

• Calibrate / Maintain flow transmitters

• Calibrate / Maintain Ph meters

• Calibrate / Maintain Pressure transmitter

• Maintain / Rebuild Valves in our unit .

• Trouble shoot DCS problems

• Trouble shoot and replace motors

• Rotate call outs with other I&E techs
