Mr. Frederick has over Twenty-eight years of experience providing environmental consulting services to industry and government. He has extensive experience working with both civil service and commercial customers. This includes supporting the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Patrick Space Force Base. He has performed everything from traditional Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Health services to launch support involving cryogenic and hypergolic propellants in SCAPE and out of SCAPE monitoring during hazardous operations.

• Space Shuttle Program; Performed post launch pad safing at LC-39A and 39B to include Toxic Vapor Checks as well as propellant loading in the downwind corridor, HMF areas, Orbiter Processing Facilities and triage for shuttle landings. Supported SRB recovery Toxic Vapor Checks and Aft skirt refurbishment.
• Delta 2/ LC-17. Supported 8-hour Toxic Vapor Checks and downwind air Monitoring during hypergolic propellant loading.
• MARS 2012 and MARS 2020 Rover support. Performed toxic Vapor Checks on vehicle.
• Air Force and NRO Satellite Toxic Vapor Checks at CCAFS.
• Artemis I; Wrote Confined Space Evaluations for Orion Capsule, LVSA/ ICPS integration and all segments of Solid Rocket Boosters. Performed daily Toxic Vapor checks on SLS and Isocyanate Sampling on Foam Insulation application. Supported triage during launch.
