• Make sure all dies are in designated area.

• When any of the presses go down trouble shoot to find a solution.

• Manage all presses to make sure they are running correct production & don’t stop any other production from happening.

• Manage shop floor to make sure everyone is doing what needs to be done to make production continue.

• Train new employees on the position they are hired for.
