As the owner of my own mobile tool business, I manage and maintain a route of approximately 325 customers. Daily, I execute sales and collection of accounts. Additionally, my duties include implementing promotions, monitoring and replenishing inventory, as well as processing shipping and receiving.
Meet and greet customers and address their service needs. Prepare work orders based on customers’ concerns. Generate fair and accurate estimates of repair and present them to customers for authorization. Assist customers in resolving their concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. Execute all repairs having to do with the diagnosis including, but not limited to, electrical harnesses, engines, brakes, exhaust, and cosmetic repairs. Prepare part and needs list for the service writer.
