MSA Security - New York, New York

• Managed one Talent Acquisition specialist and one HR Coordinator, together we were responsible for 20 evergreen requisitions nationwide including Armed/Unarmed operatives, Canine Handlers, Pilots, Drivers and all office positions.
• Optimized existing BambooHR ATS by integrating Paychex system and building out entirely new workflow from scratch.
• Meet with Hiring managers weekly to discuss hiring needs per state, future events that need coverage and deadlines.
• Sourced new network connections to create influx of veteran candidates for future positions that were projected to open up.

• Managed two Talent acquisition specialists who were responsible for 10 requisitions each. Responsible for 15 requisitions myself, positions included Administrative, Finance, and Non-Profit.
• Managed Oracle ATS, used software to track workflow, communicate internally, and post open positions. Implemented new ATS Ultipro/UKG to replace oracle for all recruitment/HR functions.
• In charge of coming up with new retention plans to increase the overall morale of existing employees and to make onboarding easier for all new employees.
• Met weekly with CFO and VP to discuss hiring needs and plans for future events/projects.

• Worked directly with the Director of talent acquisition and Operations, Managing an average of 70 requisitions monthly including roles in Administration, tech, Legal, and Sales.
• Managed 4 big name clients and all recruitment efforts maintaining an 80% conversion rate from candidate to hired and any billing needs. Contracts worth 3.7 million in revenue.
• Tracked applications, denials/approvals, voicemails, and pipelines using multiple Excel spreadsheets.
• Used Jobvite ATS to post to job boards, review applications, and track candidate workflow stages.
• Exported all 20,000+ applicants from Jobvite to new Greenhouse ATS.

Contract Talent Acquisition Lead

Museum of Modern Art - New York, New York

• Managed and optimized existing ICIMS ATS, Handled an average of 80 requisitions a month including fully staffing the construction team responsible for building new David Geffen wing, the team included Superintendent, Project Managers, Foremen, Project Engineers and Safety Managers.
• Responsible for fully staffing MoMA's the new educational program, positions included Teachers, Teaching aides, Speech Pathologists, AV techs, and Cafeteria workers.
• Other positions recruited for include Administrative, Retail, Fashion/ Art, Finance, Security, and maintenance.
• Worked with senior Leadership to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for long-term implementation.
• Actively source new partnerships with organizations and schools willing to work with the Museum.
