Gave real-time QA/QC and layout for rework and new construction at the PGE Carty Natural Gas Generating Station. Due to the previous contractor Abeinsa's bankruptcy, it was a 24 hour, two shift project to get back on schedule. My shift was 17:00 to 05:00 Monday through Saturday. I used a Leica robotic total station with a Leica controller.

Responsible for designing and staking the above-ground magnetic control grid and bore right-of-way; calculated bore profile and performed surveys at every joint to navigate the drill along the bore path; utilized Topcon GPS and conventional total station and TrueGyde software.
Intel Ronler Acres and Aloha chip fabrication plants
High precision surveying (+/- 0.0025’) for the overhead rail, and every tool that interacts with the overhead rail. Most of the work was inside Class 10 operating clean rooms, with the remainder in the interstitial, sub-fab, utility, and roof levels. Layout utilized a 0.5" Sokkia total station, Carlson data collector, and Leica digital level. As-builts for design and QA/QC using total station and FARO laser scanner.
