I earned the rank of Eagle scout a in Scouts BSA. It was years worth of personal development and learning new skills like "Team Management". The biggest thing that I accomplished on this path to Eagle was my Eagle scout project. I raised over $13,000 to replace the carpet in my church's Fellowship hall. The carpet was 20+ years old and was falling apart. I put together a team to remove the carpet and the business to install the carpet. The project was a lot of work but it made a big impact not only for the church but for the community that uses the space.
