With over 30 years of experience in academic technology and media services, I am passionate about designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative and user-friendly solutions that enhance teaching and learning outcomes. I am currently the Director of Media and Technical Support Services at Mount Saint Mary's University, where I lead a department of 60+ staff and student employees across two campuses, and oversee all aspects of audio-visual technology, end user technical operations and support, call center, and digital signage.
In my current role, I leverage my skills in audio-visual, instructional design to design learning and event spaces for classrooms, theaters, and special events. I also assist and train faculty, staff, and students on how to effectively use academic technology, and provide them with timely and reliable support. In the last few years led the implementation and a university call center, and new Support Services ticketing systems. I am always looking for new ways to improve the quality and accessibility of our services, and to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to advance the mission and vision of the university.
