The Victim Advocate reinforces the AZ National Guard's commitment to eliminate incidents of sexual assault through awareness and prevention training, education, victim advocacy, response, repotting and accountability. The AZ National Guard promotes sensitive care and confidential reporting for victims of sexual assault and accountability for those who commit these crimes.

• Provided comprehensive assessment, goal setting and service plans.
• Constructed referral list of agencies and community resources for victims' to provide aftercare services.
• Developed safety plans to meet victims' assessment of need.
• Supported victims, family members and witnesses through law enforcement, healthcare and social services.

Scheduled all range activities for live fire and various training maneuvers for units of the Army/Air National Guard, Active-duty personnel and Federal/State/Local Law Enforcement agencies. Organize and maintain all necessary paperwork including unit licenses, liability insurance and risk assessments. Coordinate and restrict training area Airspace for UAS (unmanned aircraft system) testing and crew serve weapon fire. Coordinate and supervise live fire range operations using RFMSS (Range Facility Management Support System) Range Safety Officer Certification instructor. Brief the AZ Training Site Commander on range and training area reservations, safety issues and budget analysis.

Acquire and apply developing knowledge of products, services, and processes. Acquire and apply developing product acquisition and/or member service techniques. Recognize life events understand member's needs and provide advice in order to deliver appropriate solutions to the member. Handle basic billing inquiries focusing on "One & Done" philosophy. Seek guidance from team members to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation. Specific product knowledge includes Auto, Renters, and Valuable Personal Property insurance.
