I am a very highly motivated and enthusiastic basic school educationist with over Thirty-Two (32) years of professional practice in the educational sector in Ghana. In addition to being a basic school educationist, I have background in areas such as management, sociology, educational Measurement and Evaluation. I am also a very pleasant and confident person who is also a very good team player, able to work with others to achieve desirable results. I am forthright and tenacious in finding solutions to challenges expeditiously. I am highly skilled in organizing people and able to relate with different categories of people in very healthy manner.

• Provided leadership for the successful introduction and the running of E-Learning Program in the University Basic School, Legon during the outbreak of COVID -19 pandemic.
• Provided leadership in the best organized University of Ghana Staff games for three consecutive years.
• Provided leadership for the successful implementation of the 2019 New Curriculum for Basic Schools in Ghana in the University Basic School, Legon.
• Provided leadership for the successful and first ever E-Voting during the General Elections of the University of Ghana’s Branch of the Federation of Universities Senior staff Association of Ghana (FUSSAG) in 2021.

• Presenting the data collected on UBS to the Headmaster for Inspection and endorsement.
• Submitting endorsed documents of data on the school to the Circuit supervisor.

• Drawing of invigilation schedules and allocating invigilation slots to teachers and other invigilators
