  • Initially staffed by just the owner, I was hired on to help build the companies brand, help grow the company's assets, and create a department that would add custom design capabilities
  • The company grew from two works to eight staff members over a period of three years
  • I handled the art direction of all ads, and worked on many client projects ranging from music promotions, to music packaging, to magazine layouts
  • Once the company began to grow, another designer was added that I managed.
  • Initially, I managed projects from design inception all the way to finished physical printed media
  • Due to the design staff being essentially just myself for the duration of my working period at Phoenix, I maintained a complex schedule that required me to multi-task many client timelines simultaneously.
