Plan daily and weekly work schedules, establishing priorities on the basis of general work schedules, methods, and instructions from higher levels of supervision. Assign work to subordinates, and instruct them on work requirements, methods, and procedures as needed, defining the standards of quantity and quality to be met, and be accountable for the quality and quantity of work performed. I took and recommended disciplinary actions, promotions, or reassignments of subordinates, and maintained required work reports and records.
