  • Machinery Division Leading Chief Petty Officer - responsible for the well-being and conduct of 13 nuclear mechanics. Ensured their professional and personal development. Plan daily and weekly work schedules, establishing priorities on the basis of general work schedules, methods, and instructions from higher levels of supervision. Assign work to subordinates, and instruct them on work requirements, methods, and procedures as needed, defining the standards of quantity and quality to be met, and be accountable for the quality and quantity of work performed. I took and recommended disciplinary actions, promotions, or reassignments of subordinates, and maintained required work reports and records.
  • Diagnosed mechanical issues in naval equipment and vehicles.
  • QA supervisor - Graduate of the Quality Assurance Officer class, was responsible for the oversight and execution of a Nuclear-Powered Submarine Quality Assurance program, ensuring that the ships' Sub-Safe and Nuclear systems remained certified and maintained at the highest state of readiness.
