Reached the elite rank of Presidential in my company. Built a sales organization from zero to over 3,000 affiliates in a matter of 1 year that produced over $250,000 in recurring sales volume on a monthly basis.


EJL Holdings, LLC DBA Prestige ATMs Jan 2017-2022


Started my own ATM company in 2017 as an independent ATM operator buying and placing atms in businesses all over Los Angeles and Orange County. With no prior knowledge of the industry within a matter of 4 years I had installed over 150 atms in multiple types of business, generating a six figure income within my first year in business. Starting and running this business consisted of in person sales, constant follow ups with potential customers, managing employees, and organized fill routes.


ATM Academy January 2018- 2021


After my first successful year in the ATM business I started the ATM Academy which was an online course that I created to teach individuals how to start their own ATM business. Which I sold for $997 within my first year of launching my online course I had generated over $300,000 in sales and over 300 students success stories of individuals that were able to start their own
atm business. 3 years later I had over 1,000 students along with over 500 success stories.


In 2021 I started investing in Real Estate by fix and flipping single family properties. My first property was located in Chatsworth, CA which I purchased for $500,000 and invested $240,000 in rehab cost and sold for $905,000 which netted me a 154% cash on cash return. This project consisted of finding an off market property and negotiating with the seller the purchase price.


This accomplishment also required project management skills and communications skills to work closely with my contractor to make sure the project will be completed in a timely manner as well as on budget. I have now been a part of and completed 6 projects within the past two years of my involvement in real estate investing and I am now a licensed realtor in the state of california.
