My Duties at Detroit Name Plate Etching was to reclaim screens for various printing processes throughout the facility by the using a three Chemical process, tools used for the completion my job was a Power washer ,scrub brushes and two tanks of chemicals that consisted of ER10 emaultion remove and IR11 screen stripping agent and IR10 for removal of spots was part of the cleaning process, After the inspection of every screen washed I would have to sign off on the work order acknowledging completion of requirements for the process I would move screens to the next team member for printing, Equipment used for the job was full Respirator, ear plugs, aprons, rubber gloves, Power washer The chemicals used during this process were hazardous in nature.

My job was to assemble the parts for General Motors truck bumper covers, Parts used in this process were screws , Brackets, washers, During a co-op assembly process each person on each part had to assembly their portion of the assembly within a time frame in order to keep up with the production schedule , Each person also had to inspect parts assembled before moving to the final inspection process ,Tools used in order to execute the assembly process are as followed overhead compression screwdriver, rubber mallet, and a scanner to log each part that align with the bumper for that specific assembly, Then on to final inspection, Jobs for this process were rotated throughout the assembly team to ensure full understanding of the assembly process.

Plastic Mold press operator for General Motors small parts, rear arm rest and parts for door assembly front and rear doors, Assembly line environment , Assembly of inner molding of doors using various color of trim small parts that completes production process of the inner portion of the doors ,tools used to complete task are as followed screws, Glue gun Overhead Screwdriver, plastic and rubber washers, scanner to log each part used for each door assembly and inspection of each part at the end of the door assembly process.

Whole Assembly of Chrysler LHS, PT CRUISER, DODGE STRATUS, DODGE SIRUS, Cloth and Leather seats, assembly duties as followed, the assembly of the tracks to the metal pan that the seat is connected the front back seat frame right and left that foam and trim connect to for front cushions driver side and passenger side, front backs, rear cushions, and rear backs frame installation and Bolsters, Equipment used to complete job requirements bar code scanner because each seat has it's own tag number, overhead compression drills hog ring gun steamer after each full build of the seat it has to be inspected by the assembler before it goes down the line to be married up by the assembly team after the seat is married up by the assembly line then it goes to final inspection during final inspection the head rest are installed if there is any wrinkles in head rest be it leather or cloth they are to be steamed out scanned then the front driver and passenger side seats is to be covered the sets that has the same bar code then ready for shipping.
