Eric Mclendon

Ive been in construction since 2013,I've been trained by my uncle whom is a retired general contractor. We both work have work for multiple renovation and plumbing companie. In 2022 i stepped out and started my own company Mclendon Brothers Home Renovations LLC.

• Accurately interpreting blueprints, drawings, project plans, and specifications; determine material needs, estimate costs, and prioritize tasks.
• Ideal planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail-orientation.
• Use and operation of various heavy and precision machineries (including, but not limited to backhoe, excavator, skid steer, bulldozer, bobcat, etc.)
• Flexible worker who thrives in environments that may require the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
• Experienced and in-depth knowledge of construction process from material selection, techniques (insulation, drywall, painting/finishing), tools and equipment, quality assurance, cost control, and safety.
• Innovative and complex problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve many complaints or problems.
• Fluent in English and capable of applying basic math skills in order to determine accurate measurements and cosrs.
• Exceptional active listener and communicator who can convey information verbally and written.
