- Manage upwards of 50 commercial TI projects at a time. This includes the schedules of 15 superintendents and 35 field laborers.
- Adjust and revise work schedules on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis depending on changes to project, material availability, structural changes, change orders and manpower flux.
- Maintain all records and are the liaison for any L&I claims, training, and facilitate any required meetings with L&I insurance company.
- Responsible for sourcing, coordinating and facilitating all safety protocol for all labor, and maintaining safety meeting schedules and current guidelines.
- Supervising the performance of construction for multiple verticals including office, medical, dental and veterinarian clinics, restaurant, retail, salon, sports facilities, and light industrial facilities.
