While in Highschool working at Lagoon as a rides supervisor was an amazing learning experience and leg up in my career. Understanding how to work with people while leading them and being able to do hard work was a great skill I'm happy I learned.
As I moved over to Freedom fireplace it was a big help to me when it came to manual labor. Being able to work with my hands and be able to see the work i was doing in real time has improved my ethic and helped introduce me to engineering.
After my LDS mission I became an apprentice under my father who is a contractor building decks, cabins, and garages. I've been able to work in the snow or sun getting our projects done while learning all the ins and outs of construction.
