Projects
- It’s Always Been You, the first-ever worship album by Eric Norberg. It features six songs, with three additional spontaneous moments, totaling nine individual tracks and an hour-long runtime. Eric saw through every step of production till its completion. He assembled everyone on the team, from video production to mixing & mastering, and managed the advertising and distribution.
- “It’s Always Been You” Mini-Series Podcast, 2026, Created and hosted a 6-episode documentary-style podcast series capturing the stories, relationships, and spiritual moments behind the album It’s Always Been You, led relaxed, long-form conversations with the full creative team, including producer, songwriters, instrumentalists, and vocalists. For the mini-series, Eric collaborated directly with a long time production partner whose prior work has contributed to podcast and media projects totaling billions of views, including projects connected to Lecrae, Carl Lentz, Forest Frank, Adohn King, Hillsong, and Hillsong UNITED. Eric oversaw concept development, recording, guest coordination, and weekly release strategy and designed a deliberately low-budget, intimate format to contrast highly produced album and to prioritize authenticity, storytelling, and relational depth in the band. He aimed to document behind-the-scenes insight into worship culture, the bands shared mentorship under John Wilds, and collaborative songwriting processes. This mini-series worked as a creative time capsule, centered on people and relationships rather than a consistent podcast geared towards platforms and growth.
