Was one of 10 guys hanging the live birds off the trucks onto the kill line for butterball processing plant. I worked outside year round so hot and cold temperatures are not a problem for me.

We were the guys who go farm to farm every night catching and loading the turkey from the houses into the semi trucks. My job was one of many as it is for everyone out there you rotate working the birds to the loader in the house to putting them in the trucks on the loading machine. With this job, it was also outside work. We got paid by the load instead of hourly making for alot of long nights and a lot of hours put in, overtime is no problem for me.
