Summary

As a resident in my final year of anesthesia training, I focus on delivering safe, efficient, and evidence-based care across all phases of the perioperative period. I apply sound clinical judgment in anesthetic planning, intraoperative management, and postoperative recovery. My 15+ years of prior experience in supervisory roles strengthened my leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, which support my ability to manage complex cases and coordinate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
